SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via UPS GROUND, unless specified otherwise. Other shipping options include: UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY, UPS 3 DAY, UPS GROUND COLLECT (Recipient’s Account), FedEx (Recipient’s Account only), UCL, and DELIVERY to local freight forwarders only. Please note that charges for UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY, and UPS 3 DAY are more costly.
SALTY will not be held responsible for shipping charges that are more costly than what the customer anticipates.
Shipping charges are determined only after the package is sealed and weighed. If you are unsure about a shipping method, please contact us at 213-275-1565 and we will gladly assist you. All shipments must be made to a valid address within the US and Canada. PO Boxes and international addresses (excluding Canada) are invalid.
Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their merchandise.
Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country of which it was manufactured in. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. All orders placed before 12:00pm PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will ship out on the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. If your credit card is declined, your order will be shipped once payment is released. If your payment is not released within a timely manner, we may cancel your order at our discretion.

RETURNS
All damaged or defective items must be reported and shipped within 10 days upon receiving merchandise for store credit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will kindly issue a store credit. For a return request submitted within 7 days upon receiving your merchandise. All approved returns must be shipped within 48 hours after approval. We are not responsible for shipping fees on any undamaged merchandise. All clothing is subject to inspection, and must be approved by SALTY. Any returns sent back without prior approval will NOT receive store credit.
All returns are issued by store credit only. No refunds will be given. All items/merchandise without SALTY labels, cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee excluding damages.
